Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking to add a Systems Administrator to our team! In this role, you will provide crucial support to our clients, serving as both field and escalation support, while performing the following responsibilities:
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues for end users
- Support of Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Office 365/Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
- Support of virtual environments including VMware, and Hyper-V
- Support backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Configure, install, and support various network devices and services, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, & security
- Effectively communicate with customers on ticket progress, impending changes, or agreed outages, etc.
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
- Maintain daily documentation by entering time, expenses, and all work as service tickets in ConnectWise
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements - 5 or more years of experience (preferred)
- Certifications such as MCSA, VCP, CCNA are a plus.
- Experience with platforms like ConnectWise, Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, and Office 365 is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, client-focused team.
- Enthusiastic about taking on challenges in a growing company with a diverse client base.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
