What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking an Oracle Application DBA to be part of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 integrated project team supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) multi-Agency program. Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) is a critical DoD effort to modernize the Defense Agencies' financial management capabilities. As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS), you will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. As the Oracle DBA, you will support management and maintenance of multiple Oracle RDBMS instances part of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 shared-service solution. This includes readiness and flexibility to add additional instances based on capacity planning and emerging new government requirements. In addition, you will ensure production uptime service levels are maintained and made available per requirements that include backup, recovery, refresh, performance tuning, and security.
More About the Role:
Plan and respond to service outages including backups and restores
Monitor system performance and diagnose software and hardware failures to resolution
Provide patch management and distribution capabilities to prevent new threats with minimized physical infrastructure impacts
Create and test data backups
Provide data cleansing services, verify data integrity, and implement access controls
Perform database configuration, monitoring, and tuning
Provide routine maintenance including problem defect analysis and resolution, space, storage, object management, physical database layout, rollback segment management, and temporary space management
Support logs and alerts, access rights and roles, database instance version control, new IDs, roles, authorizations, audits, locked/unlocked status, and revocation
Perform memory usage monitoring, database parameter configuration, database resources, I/O distribution
Ensure system health, maintenance, technical security, recovery, and basic application technical tuning
Maintain Oracle Critical Upgrades and patch management schedules
Support testing and fielding efforts
Support Systems Sustainment effort
Supports software Development, Migration, and Integration efforts
Contribute to work plans for security analysis and recommendations.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (will consider experience in lieu of degree)
Five to seven years of related work experience that includes large-scale Oracle ERP support
Experience using WebLogic for Oracle EBS R12.2 web tier and Oracle OEM13c to manage and monitor environments
Experience with OCI, including migration support
Experience of installation and support of Oracle RAC, R12.2 and 19c database
Experience implementing or migrating to Cloud Service Provider (CSP) environments
Experience upgrading Oracle databases
Experience of designing and implementing single sign-on architecture of various supporting application such as SOA, OBIEE using available tools including but not limited to OAM/OID
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (i.e., OCA WebLogic 11g/12c SA, OCI Foundations 2020, Security+ CE)
Willing and able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance, current clearance preferred.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Prior Oracle EBS Federal Financial Management experience supporting Federal or DoD customers
Should have working knowledge of Maintaining DoD security Standards and Rules, including those related to the databases (e.g., Oracle CPU patching, access management, direct grant, db links, etc.)
Should have experience of security monitoring, managing, and testing, such as IAVA's, patches, STIGs etc.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
