Summary: We are seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Engineer with a strong background in Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in AWS services, certifications demonstrating expertise in AWS, and proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IAC), specifically Terraform, for efficient cloud infrastructure management.
Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide effective cloud-based solutions.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of cloud services.
Automate processes using Terraform to optimize system efficiency and reliability.
Troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
Stay updated with the latest AWS tools, services, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5-8 years of professional experience in Linux system administration.
Strong expertise in AWS services and demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud solutions.
Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform.
AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for finding innovative cloud-based solutions.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
