Here’s What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field OR 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree (Required)
- 4 Years Application support experience, preferably in a hospital environment. (Required)
- Cbord and dietician experience (Highly Preferred)
What You Will Do
Provides day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities, onsite and virtually. Independently works on problems of moderate to high complexity.
- Coordinate with internal and external technical partners as needed
- Deliver application using deployment systems, oversees upgrades and enhancements, and coordinates interfaces of applications
- Oversee management of compliance to security, ITIL and ITS standards
- Coordinate new user applications training for assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities
- Proficiently demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes
- Serve as mentor for less experienced staff
