Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultants who join Oracle Consulting need to bring business domain and industry expertise to develop leading practice, enterprise applications. Our back office Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultants possess the capabilities of functional, process, and system usage knowledge combined with the necessary consulting skills to be able to consult and coach our clients through transformation.
A skilled practitioner who knows how to reinvent Customer Services in the new digital world and provide our clients with solutions and services. Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultants work in one or more of the following domains: Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Security or Digital Assistance.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

You have a passion for client success across the lifecycle-building relationships that blossom into trusted partnerships one decision at a time. You know the key to delivering exceptional customer experiences lies in your ability to apply industry knowledge, providing relevant and dynamic insights to each client you serve. You’d much rather listen, ask questions, and engage in candid conversations to design innovative solutions.You are:
- Provide quality work products on customer engagements while managing a small team of consultants. Has a broad understanding of solutions, industry standard methodologies, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology group.
- Works under the supervision of the PMO Director in cross-pillar solution deployment projects (campaign, creative, technical services, strategy, expert services) involving single or multiple workstreams.
- Responsible for workstream-specific requirements, configurations, setup, and supporting testing and deployment activities at a given project.
- Leads the creation and updating of relevant project documentation, including:
- Implementation of HCM Cloud Benefits module for US and Canada
- Setup of Benefit configurations
- Design of the benefit structures
- Benefits data conversion
- Design and Development of Fast Formulas and Reports where needed
- Work with the Integrations team to deliver interfaces for various benefits vendors
- Handles successful project closure and completes the hand-off processes and communication.
Work Experience:
- Demonstrated ability relevant to this position specializing in Benefits
- 3-4 years functional consulting experience
- Oracle Cloud implementation experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
- Ability to communicate optimally.
- Ability to establish rapport with team members and clients.
- Ability to travel as needed
