Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team! We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Reliability Engineer to lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across all our manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for training teams, driving a culture of continuous improvement, and optimizing equipment performance to maximize production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead, teach, and coach teams on TPM, RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), and Continuous Improvement (CI) principles.
Partner with plant leadership and operations/maintenance teams to deploy TPM and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage and collaborate with technical writers to develop TPM and RCM documentation.
Oversee the implementation of the Total Performance System, focusing on CI culture, value stream flow, and visual factory principles.
Develop and track TPM/RCM master and pillar phase plans, resolving issues and ensuring progress.
Conduct quarterly TPM audits to measure progress towards goals.
Run projects from ideation to completion, supporting the strategic plan for TPM/RCM program sustainability.
Analyze production line data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with operations to establish production line operating metrics and monitoring systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing and supply chain environment.
Proven experience with TPM principles, ideally in at least one pillar (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, or Early Management).
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Ability to manage change, develop personnel, and plan for continuous improvement.
Working knowledge of processing and packing equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) programs.
