• Broad knowledge of the latest application development and integration architectures and platforms (J2EE, .NET, EAI, SOA etc.) with deep understanding of J2EE.
Responsible for infrastructure delivery, work closely with Application Project Team, Infrastructure Architect & Lead(s) ,work to provide project delivery dates build team census and motivation, coordinates/facilitates all Infrastructure related project meetings, facilitate infrastructure team access to development/application team members
Responsible:
Project Direction, SR, CR and MSP coordination, Responsible - Application and Infrastructure Project plan integration, coordinates with ETS-PHS Shared team activities , third party vendors
Responsible for all project related activities until transition
Helps Infrastructure engineering team with any obstacles to complete their tasks on time
Responsible for all project related statuses
Escalation point for all project related issue form application/PM teams
Gather technical direction for all Infrastructure-related issues from Architect and Lead(s)
Mentor new resources on standards and processes
Help coordinate team communication, review project architectural documents
Develop and maintain project schedule/plan
Coordinate weekly status meetings and provide weekly updates tracking logs for Issues, Risks, SRs
and communications, submits, escalates and tracks FARs, reports project status
Ensure project deliverables and timelines are met, responsible for runbook updates and submission
Host weekly status calls, post and maintain project documents on SharePoint
Provide technical leadership for supporting WebSphere products across AA cargo’s distributed environments. Individual should have a very good understanding of distributed J2EE containers, while also possessing the appropriate skills to design Enterprise J2EE infrastructure architecture that can be leveraged across all lines of business within the organization.
• Establish recommendations and guidelines for the development, test, operations and application support environments.
• Previous knowledge of migrating J2EE application from ATG Servers to WebSphere container.
Candidate must have the following:
1. Atleast 10- year of strong J2EE experience ( conceptually and implementation ) with Websphere Administration
2. 5 Years of experience in implementing and administrating with IBM Tivoli products ( ITCAM for SOA, ITCAM for WAS , OMEGAMON )
3. Strong UNIX / Linux background and familiar with networking, Firewall, LDAP, BIG IP Load Balancer
4. Atleast 4 Year of demonstrated technical leadership skills with project management with infrastructure projects
5. Atleast 2 years working and implementation experience with data center service providers in building infrastructure for critical applications
6. Must have working experience with Agile Development process and scrum
