Are you passionate about using data to deliver insights that drive actions? The Business Analyst working in F5’s strategic sourcing team is responsible for providing analytics that supports strategic sourcing and cost management activities that lead to optimal sourcing results. The Business Analyst will collaborate across the organization to perform these activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver data solutions including ad hoc analysis and data visualizations based on requirements from internal customers
- Propose, design and develop data solutions to support business activities
- Be comfortable working with incomplete data while creating high confidence-level recommendations
- Collaborates with business partners to manage complex, multi-source data
- Provide data analytics support to commodity managers on cost, spend and other business metrics as needed
- Support commodity managers on maintaining component pricing master file
- Provide data/analytics support on RFx event
- Support product cost roll-up and reconciliations
- Support commodity managers on component costing and quotes as needed
- Provide other analytics support to assist with decision making
- Manage projects as assigned
- Maintain courteous and professional working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Required Skills Experience and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, supply chain, operation related fields
- 2 years of data analytics working experiences
- Familiar with statistical analysis
- Excellent spreadsheet skills
- Proficiency in Tableau or other visualization tool highly desired
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to articulate data analysis simply
- Ability to work independently in a multifaceted fast paced environment, with minimal supervision
- Very detailed oriented and comfortable working with large amount of data
- Prior experiences in supply chain, manufacturing, commodity management field a plus

The annual base pay for this position is: $61,312.00 - $91,967.00
F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
