DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Project Manager for operations and technical oversight will be responsible for the day-to-day Task Order operations of the contracted functions at all locations covered by a contract task order.
• This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of onboarding and departing contractor personnel, including coordinating with the Command/Division Security Office and Property Control Officer.
• This position will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations are aligned to meet the USCG goals and targets, and for analyzing statistical data to optimize staffing.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the proper operation of Task Order resources including but not limited to the tools used to support the contracted functions.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for making continuous improvement recommendations to the COR on the operation of the contracted functions.
• Serves as the central point of contact for task/delivery orders and interfaces with the Contracting Officers Representatives for tasks.
• Establishes and enforces procedures to assure that all tasks are performed in accordance with applicable standards and quality requirements.
• Assigns duties and reviews work of subordinates and subcontractors.
• Meets and confers with USCG management officials regarding status of specific technical activities and progress.
• Resolves problems, issues or conflicts as required, and ensures that program schedules, performances, and deliverables are met.
• The Task Order PM/Lead for operations and technical oversight shall be responsible for the day-to-day Task Order operations of the contracted functions at all locations covered by the Task Order, and shall be the single point of contact for the COR.
• The Task Order Lead shall be responsible for leading the functional areas with a focus on the technical aspects to meet customer requirements.
• The Task Order Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all services and deliverables as described in the PWS are met for the contracted functions.
• The Task Order Lead shall have strong project management skills in addition to interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
• He/she must be dedicated to working full-time on this contract.
• This position will be focused on scheduling personnel, staffing levels, assigning, and prioritizing work within the team, coordination and submission of travel and training requests, quality control within the team, and providing appropriate measurement criteria on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have 4 years of equivalent work experience, with direct project management experience in an IT/Service Management environment.
• Must be certified at or above Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level II. (CISSP)
• Must demonstrate direct hands-on experience in the areas of cybersecurity, information assurance, and project management.
• Reports to the Program Manager of the Contract and the government representative for each functional area.
• Demonstrated information technology expertise and direct hands-on experience in the areas of Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, and project management; demonstrated communication skills to be able to interface with all levels of management; strong project management skills in addition to interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills; experience supervising and managing projects of at least 15 personnel, subordinate groups, and diverse locations.
• Must have Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related discipline
• Must have a PMP certification
