Job Description:
We are seeking Senior Software Engineers with strong cybersecurity familiarity and Python to act as the development teams' primary point of contact for individual Cybersecurity missions, as requested. In this role, you will primarily support Blue Team missions as well as opportunities to support Red, Hunt, and JCMA missions, as required. Specifically, you will develop solutions and prototypes that help answer new questions and provide better answers to existing questions. The ideal candidate for this role will have a desire to support a cybersecurity mission, an ability to provide mentorship to other developers, and a willingness to learn new techniques and tools from other developers. Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
- Master of Science (M.S.) degree in computer science or a related STEM discipline and six (6) years of relevant experience or, a B.S. degree and eight (8) years of experience, or a A.S. degree and ten (10) years, or a high school diploma/ GED and twelve (12) years.
- Strong Python skills.
- Familiarity with the Customer's cyber mission.
- Experience with Splunk, Atlassian Jira, and GitLab.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to perform interfacing with Restful services.
- Experience with Java scripting and Bash scripting.
- Experience with Jenkins, Rancher/ Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow.
- Data science and machine learning familiarity and/or professional background.
