Job Summary: The Security, Data and Technology Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the security, design, implementation, and management of our technology infrastructure and critical applications. This role will provide a key focus on the management and infrastructure of our Microsoft tenant, Azure, Dataverse, and Power Platform environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Design and Management:
- Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Manage and optimize our Microsoft tenant, including Azure, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
Security:
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
- Implement security best practices across all technology platforms.
- Advise and work with the Michigan Catholic Conference on cybersecurity requirements and insurance.
- Provide guidance and consultation with the parishes under the oversight of the Archdiocese of Detroit.
Project Management:
- Lead technology projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT staff.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure and security processes.
Qualifications:
- Education, Certifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture and management.
- Experience in a nonprofit environment is a plus.
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) - preferred
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) - preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Experience with network architecture, virtualization, and cloud computing.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
