RequirementsJob Duties (include but not limited to):
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the teams responsible for Technical Account Management (TAMs), Ed-tech strategy, and Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Define, evaluate, and implement a cutting-edge tech stack.
- Develop product roadmaps and enhance our tech stack with valuable tools and solutions.
- Oversee TAMs to ensure alignment with clients' needs, conduct quarterly technical business reviews, and enhance client retention.
- Act as a resource for the sales team, providing technical expertise and participating in large sales efforts as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners in IT and security.
- Ensure that all solutions are well-integrated and support our overall technology strategy.
- Lead the security team to ensure clients' IT environments are protected and compliant with industry standards.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay ahead of technology trends, particularly in cybersecurity and educational technology.
- Implement innovative solutions to support data management, device repair, and educational technology needs.
- Visit each Client quarterly.
