Technology & Operations Risk (TOR) is part of the Global Technology and Operations organization and manages operational and technology related risks on behalf of the Firm. The group's key principles are to provide proactive, comprehensive and consistent risk management, to enable the execution of the Firms strategy.TOR's mandate is to enable the Firm to manage its technology and data related risks through implementing proactive, comprehensive and consistent risk management practices across the Firm to protect the franchise while capturing business opportunities. The TOR team partners with the business by ensuring that Technology and Data understands how to manage escalate and monitor risk.
Team Profile
Our company Security Response Team (SRT) Business Operations aims to increase value in SRT operational efficiencies and establish governance strategies across various programs. The Business Operations team governs project planning, execution on organizational objectives, acquisition delivery, and partner with our company internal and external cyber, risk and technology organizations to prioritize the pipeline of technology and project deliverables. Security Response Team Business Operations is seeking a project manager to perform duties across a number of cybersecurity disciplines including execution across integrations on acquisitions and organizational objectives, content management and process enhancement. Team members support subject matter experts in gathering, validating, documenting and tracking projects from planning to execution across SRT initiatives. Part of the role will include review and recommendation for process improvement as the framework to improve SRT work intake processes.Job responsibilities include: Support and drive project planning and execution of organizational objectives and integrations on acquisitions .Liaises with managers / SMEs to document and implement workflows to improve business processes and governance. Coordinate projects in Jira and Improve Jira workflow development with applying agile. Coordinate the book of work and larger pipelines in Jira with project owners. ?Supervises and records requirements, priorities and status project deliverables. Production, curation and presentation of tactical Cyber incident metrics and reporting. Ensures various appropriate infrastructure elements, including documents, periodicals, manuals, policy documentations are kept up-to-date and are available. Manages project requirements, content management and ensures documentations are stored in repositories. Attends weekly project meetings updating managers of project status and prioritizations. Create high-level stakeholder presentations to surface project status and work pipeline.Necessary skillsets include: Ability to organize, plan and execute projects and coordinate deliverables across external teams . Skilled in Microsoft tools: Visio, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Project. Skilled in Jira Software and workflow to help teams of all types manage work and pipelines. Attention to detail and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy. Knowledge and ability to apply various project lifecycles, SLDC, waterfall and agile methodologies . Showcases good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks. Showcases good written and oral communication skills. Ability to multitask, manage and prioritize larger pipelines. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience and Preferred Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in cyber security risk management, information security profession is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in planning and execution of projects and programs, working with internal and external stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of Jira software, Microsoft Excel and Vision. Agile and scrum certification
