Description
Chevo Consulting LLC is currently seeking an experienced Program Manager w/ a TS clearance to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency in the National Capitol Region. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the cybersecurity and infrastructure posture of the Federal Government and have developed and implemented process methodologies at an agency or corporate level for analytic programs. Prefer experience overseeing DHS and or CISA engagements involving administrative, analytical, and technical support. This position is located in the Washington, DC, Metro area in a hybrid office-telework scenario. It is contingent on contract award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Contractor work performed under the contract
- Be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer, the COR, and the assigned Federal Program Manager
- Implement process methodologies for analytic programs
- Develop best practices to assist in guiding and supporting client through development, production, deployment, operations, support, and disposal of projects/programs
- Utilize Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) concepts and practices and frameworks
- Be available to meet with the project team upon request to present deliverables, discuss progress, exchange information and resolve emergent technical problems and issues
- Ensure Contractor employees understand and abide by Department of Homeland Security established rules, regulations, and policies concerning safety and security
- Assist in developing and updating project management policies, processes, and workflows
- Manage the contract process by maintaining cost control, schedule, and quality of all services and products
- Oversee drafting, monitoring, and updating project management plans
- Assist in developing and delivering project-specific communication
- Oversee monitoring and controlling project-specific work
- Oversee developing performance measurement across the client workstreams
- Develop and maintain a risk management plan
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Top Secret security clearance (prefer DHS)
- 10+ years of program and project management and supervisory experience with an MA/MS degree, 15+ years of experience with a BA/BS
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience managing Programs relating to private and public sector information sharing and leading teams with private and/or federal sector stakeholders
- Experience managing projects and leading teams of 20+ FTE’s
- Experience learning client business models to provide sound strategic and operational guidance for future improvement actions
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Previous experience managing projects within CISA and/or DHS
