About the Team:
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in building and scaling our Sales Enablement programs. Your day will be focused on driving excellence in the field through the development and delivery of enablement. The successful candidate will actively work to understand Obsidian’s sales strategy and processes, our corporate culture, and align the sales enablement program to drive sales productivity and effectiveness initiatives. The role will require you to help integrate what we sell, who we sell to, and package to ensure both onboarding and ongoing programs. You will work in partnership with the Obsidian sales, sales engineering, product marketing, and product teams to build an end-to-end enablement curriculum and create best-in-class programs for Obsidian.
About the Role:
- Build an overarching sales enablement program - Create role-specific development paths and enablement programs.
- Drive adoption of global programs, tooling and methodology - Build a coaching culture, reinforce selling skills, selling motions, and sales process best practices to increase the velocity of the selling cycle.
- Coordinate content production - Create and deliver sales training to enable the sales team to have a consistent, effective, and engaging sales conversations with prospects and customers at each stage of the sales cycle.
- Collaboration - Collaborate with key stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing to develop a training program, including onboarding, product / technology training, sales processes, and more.
- Program management - Efficiently project manage appropriate Subject Matter Experts to build and deliver key content.
- Learn and improve - Measure and report on program effectiveness, assess knowledge gaps, and continually refine and iterate programs.
About You:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in a global sales organization.
- Knowledge of sales enablement frameworks (e.g. MEDDIC) and tools (e.g. SFDC, LMS and CMS) as well as creative learning methods.
- Self-starter and loves to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done, responsible and dedicated to sales success.
- Program management skills to manage project scope, expectations, and timelines.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with an ability to command a room.
- Results-oriented decision making with a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to influence across levels and organization.
