Job Description:

AS9100 and ISO9001 audit delivery to our clients in support of 3rd party certification.

Have sufficient awareness of LRQA’s service range to enable proactive discussions with clients about our products and services.

Ensure that clients and all internal stakeholders are kept informed of changes and issues relating to the delivery of the role, escalating as appropriate.
-
Ensure all opportunities are taken to identify the needs of the client and promote additional or higher value services, while actively building strong and positive relationships.

Collaborate with the business management to provide opportunities, provide sales leads to appropriate colleagues to progress and support with business development activities.

Provide timely client feedback and insights to appropriate internal recipients initiating and leading client improvement projects as required.

Maintain professional competence as appropriate to your role including keeping abreast of technical and other developments in own area of expertise, participate fully in organised training events or meetings, maintaining personal CPD records, updating LRQA CV, maintaining professional registrations and producing records of competence as required.

Participate in projects and additional ad hoc tasks as directed in a prompt and efficient manner such as assessor development, product development, training material development or projects.

Where directed, support the delivery of commercial training services.

Support the deployment of new assessors by Supervising Assessors Under Training.

Provide coaching to new assessors or team members, recommending authorisation and further development activities as appropriate.

Mentor less experienced Lead Assessors to assist in the development of their professional skills.
Education/Qualifications/Technical Requirements:
-
College degree AA or higher (or equivalent certification or work experience)
-
Required registration with International Aerospace Quality Group - IAQG Oasis database.

AS9100 AEA Lead Auditor or AATT course completion preferred

AS9100D Lead Auditor Training
-
Knowledge of management systems and auditing practices
-
Knowledge of general office practices, information systems, documentation systems, and technology including computers

Knowledge of the specific products and processes and organizational structure of the client

Knowledge of the outcomes of prior audit activities of the client
-
Knowledge of competences of the audit team members for the client
-
Can demonstrate passion for the business and can inspire others
-
Have integrity, ensuring that business is conducted in an ethical manner

Have commercial focus, understanding customers needs and adding value
