You will be part of a team of highly talented Software Developers supporting the growing cyber capabilities the Air Force uses to protect our nation. You will be one of the key developers providing systems that help identify and prioritize the Air Force's top cyber development projects. Your efforts will require you to deliver new capabilities, but you will be surrounded by top-notch developers with years of experience to glean from.
Clearance Requirement- US Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance
Responsibilities
- Perform software development and maintenance tasks to include: design, implementation, testing, integration, and documentation of system software
- Technical support to set up, test, and validate the software development and test environment, maintain configuration management, quality assurance, and activities that cover the full software life cycle process
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
- At least 5 years of experience in embedded software programming and maintenance
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Security+
- Experience with the following:
- Software analysis, debugging, troubleshooting, testing and optimization
- Board Support Packages (BSPs) and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
- RS232, USB, and DS101 Serial Communication, or similar interfaces
- C++, C# and .NET development to maintain custom software applications/tools
- Simple Key Loader (SKL)
- Integrated Digital Environments (IDE)
- CAMEO
- SysML
- Model-Based Systems Engineering
