Job Responsibilities
- Partner with our consulting teams to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces with React, enhancing the digital experience for both our internal teams and clients.
- Manage build, testing, and deployment workflows, ensuring our applications are reliable and easy to update.
- Implement custom integrations with third-party APIs, such as Salesforce, Box, and Asana, to enhance the functionality and connectivity of our applications.
- Architect and design efficient, elegant, and maintainable code across both the front-end and backend, contributing to the full stack of our software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing applications, continuously identifying opportunities for improvements to enhance performance and user experience.
- Develop technical documentation to support our software solutions, making it easier for the team to maintain and scale applications.
- Participate in sprint planning, task management, and backlog organization within Asana, ensuring that development efforts are well-coordinated and aligned with project goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience with React; exposure to Django or similar backend frameworks is a plus.
- Experience using Redux for state management; experience with RTK Query is a plus.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, with an understanding of integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows, such as version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

- You take ownership of your work, manage projects and deadlines with precision, and keep everything on track; experience with Asana or a similar productivity tool is a plus.
Location
This position offers flexibility in work location, with options to be based in our Downtown Detroit, MI office or join the engineering team in Washington, DC.
