Who We’re Looking For
Connected Technologies is a newly formed group within Toyota, focused on delivering industry-leading user experiences and new technologies for our Toyota and Lexus vehicles. We’re looking for a passionate and highly motivated Service Operations Engineer II for our growing Software Engineering Group! You will be responsible for supporting and implementing problem management processes and procedures. Including developing necessary TBPs, identifying and tracking countermeasures, and acting as a recurrence prevention champion.

What You'll Be Doing
Support software development to ensure that applications are designed with operational considerations in mind
Provide support and direction to net-new requirements and work intake
Participate in the design, coding and architecture of systems, ensuring they meet the operational and performance requirements
Support internal and external stakeholder engagement + represent Toyota in Third-Party Engineering discussions
Troubleshoot and resolve code and customer reported issues (CMS Tickets)
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering discipline
Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Golang, etc.
Previous project management experience
Software Service development experience
Added Bonus If You Have
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Software Engineering
Previous Automotive experience
Experience launching a public facing service
