About the Role:

As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, designing, and implementing innovative software solutions that advance our products. You will engage with various aspects of our codebase and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions.
- Work with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and other potential issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Contribute to technical roadmap and architecture discussions.
- Own features from inception to completion, architecting solutions for complex projects.
- Set technical standards, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, clean, performant, and well-documented code.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic about tackling diverse and interesting problems.
- Significant experience with Python or JavaScript.
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Proven ability to identify and solve problems independently.
- Experience in managing projects end-to-end and wearing multiple hats.
- Customer-first mindset with a desire to engage with customers to ensure product excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- (Bonus) Experience in building or working with early-stage startups.
