Solvere Technical Group is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Process development and refinement.
- Effective problem solving.
- Project milestone reporting.
- Assessing levels of effort for work packages to support changes to software products.
- Perform task balancing and completion risk analysis for all projects within ISB.
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Preparing and completing action plans.
- Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Resolves problems.
- Determines system improvements and implements change.
- Enforces policies and procedures.
- Recommends process, staffing, and technology change for emergent process and security needs.
- One to seven years of relevant years' experience
Security:
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
