Our client is looking for an experienced Software Engineer, must have a Top-Secret Security Clearance/Full Scope Poly.
Join an existing team providing development support to a Corporate Management Information System that provides a solution for integrating budgeting information across the enterprise.
Primary responsibility will be providing application development and production support.
Develop and implement innovative approaches to improve system sustainment to proactively identify and correct potential issues before outages occur.
The position will require working in a fast-paced team in an agile environment and a willingness to take on challenges.
The tech stack includes Python, Django, AWS, Java, JavaScript and ReactJS. This position offers telework up to two days a week.

Desired Skills:
Experience working in an Agile Development environment
Experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to include requirements definition, design, development, test, deployment, and sustainment

Experience managing systems in a virtual hosting environment including AWS
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience working with Docker for containerization
Familiarity with the CI/CD
Nifi
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and three (3) years of experience in software development/engineering. Seven (7) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Python development experience
Experience working with front-end technologies including JavaScript
Willingness to learn new technologies
Experience developing and updating technical documentation
