Summary:
Atomica is looking for a System Administrator I to manage the systems, software, and network across the whole enterprise and manage help desk resources. The System Administrator will have strong skills and experiences in administrating Desktops and corporate networks and servers. This position will interact with users and project teams to provide on time infrastructure services.
Responsibilities:
- MS Windows and Office 365 system administration
- Cloud application system administration, including MA, CRM, ERP, PSA, MES
- Manage IT equipment, infrastructure, services and supplies
- Manage internal and external helpdesk resources
- Business cloud application system administration
- Local area network system administration
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Cisco CCNA / ITIL Foundation / CompTIA certification
- Experience creating documents with tools like PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel required
- Experience working with Active Directory, DELL Hardware, HP / Cisco Switches
- Experience in Office 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be able to pay attention to details, adapt to a changing environment, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be customer focused
Desired Qualifications:
- Expertise with PowerShell desirable
- Microsoft Desktop Associate certification
Compensation:
$60,000 - $75,000
