Position: Jr. Network Support Engineer
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid - 3 Days/Week onsite)

Job Description
- The Network Engineer will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of data and voice networks, ensuring high uptime and network performance.
- Key duties include managing network projects, maintaining vendor relationships, troubleshooting, and performing routine hardware/software updates.
- The role requires expertise in routing protocols, firewalls, and network monitoring, as well as collaboration with IT teams across locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a 24x7x365 production environment. Extensive experience working with various network cabling (copper and optical).
- Solid understanding of routing protocols BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP. Extensive knowledge of Cisco routers.
- Extensive knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switches - 3850, 4500, 6500 etc. Extensive knowledge of Cisco Nexus switches - 2K, 5K, 7K, 9K Extensive knowledge implementing and supporting DNS, DHCP.
