We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute critical IT projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
Position Overview:
As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping project strategies, identifying risks, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans.
Team Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
Budget and Timeline Management: Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely delivery.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks through proactive planning and clear communication with stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
Documentation and Reporting: Ensure thorough documentation of project processes and deliver detailed reports to track progress, issues, and resolutions.
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee testing phases to ensure that final deliverables meet functional, technical, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
