We are now looking for an
IT Project Coordinator – North America to join our Americas IT team, working for a better future. The required location for the position is in
Houston, Texas.
What You Will Be Doing
In this position, your work will include technical project management, stakeholder management, vendor relationship management, new technology implementation, and remote configuration. You will not be working on this alone, even though the work requires a high level of independence, as you will have the support from your line manager and teammates. The ideal candidate will have understanding in enterprise technology infrastructure and experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
As an IT Project Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Serve as the local IT coordinator, proposing IT solutions that align with business requirements.
- Act as the local contact person for global teams.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure their IT needs are met.
- Handle exceptions for local ICT equipment (PCs, telecom, printers, projectors, telepresence, servers, server rooms, etc.).
- Manage local vendors and contracts for areas like telecom and printers.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for critical incidents and provide fast incident resolution.
- Prioritize onsite support in case of conflicts.
- Provide support and guidance on the usage of IT solutions and services.
- Gather and channel local demands and complaints to the Area Manager
- Offer operational support for local systems and global rollouts and deliver technical trainings and information sessions.
- Support office relocation or other office changes including devices, printers, local servers, and cloud capacity.
- Performs technical tasks such as backups, software and hardware configurations and license maintenance.
- Participate in global system roll-outs, audits, and assessments as required.
- Manage meeting room technical devices.
- Oversee asset and stock management throughout their lifecycle.
- Support large events by ensuring that the needed technology functions properly.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Must have 8+ years experience in Information Technology
- Knowledge of IT Systems and Applications
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configurations
- Experience in network management, IT Service Management, Data Security Management, Cyber Security
- Proficient in English (both oral and written).
- Skills in relationship management, collaboration, and delivering presentations, including with/to executives.
Travel Requirements:
This position requires a 25% travel commitment, encompassing both domestic and international, including onshore and offshore locations. The role demands adaptability to varying travel demands, with an expectation of extended periods away from the primary work location. Prospective candidates should be prepared to fulfill these travel obligations as an integral aspect of the position's responsibilities.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 annually. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Eligibility to participate in: the discretionary incentive plan assigned to the level of position upon offer of employment; medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) plan and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms; Company-paid benefits such as life insurance, short- and long-term disability, subject to applicable waiting periods. Paid time off (PTO) is accrued on a per-pay period basis in accordance with tenure in the Company; a new hire can expect 17 days per year. Twelve (12) Company-paid holidays.
