Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Server Management
Build, configure, and maintain both physical and virtual servers.
Deploy and manage server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
Network Administration
Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Implement and manage network security protocols (VPN, firewall rules).
Storage Management
Manage and maintain storage systems (SAN, NAS).
Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions.
Security
Implement and manage security policies and procedures.
Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Deploy and manage security solutions (firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
Scripting And Automation
Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell) to automate tasks.
Cloud Technologies
Manage and maintain Azure and Azure AD environments.
Deploy and manage cloud-based applications and services.
Other Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications (SharePoint, JDE).
Manage and maintain Active Directory.
Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
Deploy and manage endpoint management solutions (Intune/Endpoint Manager).
Provide technical support to end-users.
Required Skills And Experience
Strong knowledge of server and network infrastructure.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, vSphere).
Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell).
Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
Strong understanding of security best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in relevant technologies (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP) is preferred.
