Document Crunch is seeking an IT Manager to join our amazing, tight-knit team. The IT Manager will play a key role in managing our IT environment, with a focus on Microsoft 365 administration, device provisioning, vendor management, supporting our staff, security, and compliance. This role will initially have no direct reports but you will have support from other capable individuals in our small company. This role reports to the Director of Information Security.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Oversee and improve Microsoft 365 configurations, including security settings like MFA, DLP, and SSO integrations. Ensure secure and efficient setup for all employees, both new hires and existing staff
- Provisioning & Deprovisioning: Take ownership of the existing user provisioning and deprovisioning process. Improve workflows and manage all aspects of device provisioning for both Mac and Windows laptops
- Security Management: Lead the setup, implementation, and management of our security services, including Harmony SASE Private Access. Monitor security compliance and prepare for third-party audits
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our SaaS vendors. Maintain strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee services to ensure alignment with company goals. Familiarity with IP telephony and networking is preferred
- MDM & Device Management: Administer our MDM solution to ensure the proper configuration and management of company devices
- SOC 2 Type II Compliance: Support our SOC 2 compliance efforts, ensuring that IT processes align with GRC requirements
Skills And Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including security configuration and SSO integrations
- Proven experience in IT provisioning and deprovisioning, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of SOC 2 Type II compliance requirements
- Experience with both Mac and Windows environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in vendor management, especially with SaaS providers
- Familiarity with IP telephony and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with security solutions such as Harmony SASE Private Access
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA)
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role within an IT team
