ROLE 👩🏽💻👨💻
As a CTO at Agent Lunar, in your first month, you may:
- Team up with with co-founders to define the technological roadmap and product innovations.
- Develop and deploy a scalable architecture for real-time AI interactions.
- Enhance data handling capabilities to support advanced machine learning models.
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive user data.
Responsibilities:
- Lead our engineering and product crew to deliver remarkable experiences to our customers.
- Address critical features and address high-impact bugs.
- Foster engineering best practices and ensure scalability to match our growth ambitions.
- Champion a culture where data is king, driving relentless progress through analysis, rigorous testing, customer feedback, and fine-tuning that's second to none.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience in developing and managing AI-driven platforms, with a strong background in machine learning and neural networks.
- Ability to design and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Prior founding or early-stage startup experience is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a growing engineering team.

LOCATION 🌎
- This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position.
- Employees living in San Francisco, are welcome to work from our company HQ.
SALARY 💸
At Agent Lunar, compensation is more than just the numbers—it's about the value you bring as CTO and the value we give back. We tailor an offer based on your unique experience and local market insights, ensuring it reflects your contribution and our commitment.
We're big on transparency—it's in our DNA. That's why we're upfront about our salary ranges. While the range can vary by location due to cost-of-living factors, we assure you that we will provide a precise salary band tailored to your specific location during our initial discussions.
Our starting salaries for this role range from USD 130,000 – 170,000 with equity (stock options)…& 1 case of Monster Energy per week, or whatever nutrition you need to stay fueled up 😉!
Interview Process:
- Introductory call with a founder (30 min).
- Technical deep dive and discussion on past projects (1 hr).
- Collaborative coding session with our engineering team (2 hrs).
