Candidate will be responsible for performing technical diligence on prospective targets and maintain technical compliance. Will be important for this person to have a technical background sufficient to understand modern technology controls and concepts.
Job Summary
Successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of remediating all security and compliance-related diligence items. Candidate will manage ongoing IT-related compliance and security validations. Candidate will maintain tracking of each entity, coordinate remediation of any gaps via either our shared services teams or 3rd party providers and provide detailed documentation and status reporting on a regular basis in the support of regular audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track remediation of all gaps identified as part of the due diligence (DD) process
- Work with either internal Shared Services team or 3rd party vendors to track key findings from risk assessments and pen tests on all acquired company assets, from discovery to remediation
- Identify gaps in security posture for network, data and application interfaces
- Work with our internal Shared Services teams or 3rd party vendors to remediate any identified gaps
- Maintain ongoing status and documentation tracking security and compliance posture of each. This documentation will serve as a reference for any IT audits
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Exceptional organization skills, tracking many initiatives and their statuses
- Exceptional ability to succinctly provide status on these initiatives in a clear, concise manner
- Professional communication. Candidate will be working extensively with our business partners across the enterprise.
