Job Description:
Are you a skilled and experienced Systems Administrator looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Our client is seeking a talented professional to join our team and provide technical support for critical COTS packages.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Windows Server (2016 and later) and RHEL 7.0+ environments.
- Deploy and configure systems and application components in cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using tools like Dynatrace or similar debug tools.
- Gather, document, and analyze requirements for application changes and new initiatives.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure application and infrastructure environments, adhering to industry standards.
- Collaborate with vendors, customers, and other technical teams to execute projects and changes efficiently.
- Maintain and configure COTS applications and SAAS products.
- Perform system administration tasks, including monitoring, network management, firewall configuration, and vulnerability remediation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Windows Server administration (2016 and later) and RHEL 7.0+.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience with Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Management Studio, Dynatrace, XML, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Visio, SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), network knowledge (LAN/WAN), architecture, firewalls, and IoT.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of system administration principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
