Overview
The IT Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's IT solutions. They are responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into effective IT solutions to meet the company's needs. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and IT needs

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in IT solution design and implementation
- Proficiency in IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Solid understanding of information security principles and best practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA) a plus
- Experience with cloud-based IT solutions and services
