Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of IT professionals, initially supervising around five staff members with the potential to grow to 15+.
- Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion of IT projects.
- Oversee the installation of cameras across hundreds of locations nationwide, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage the setup and building out of IT equipment in stores, including hardware and software installations.
- Lead the rollout of tablets to over 30 stores, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Coordinate the replacement of 100+ printers, optimizing for efficiency and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs and implement solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain a heavy focus on Windows systems, ensuring operational efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years IT experience
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including camera systems, phone systems, iPads, printers, and Windows operating systems.
- Proven experience rolling out infrastructure in multi-site environments
- Strong people management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
- Project management skills, with experience overseeing large-scale installations and rollouts.
