Duration: 12+ months Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $55-65/hr (conversion up to $85k/yr Base + Bonus + Stock Options + Benefits)
Location: REMOTE, however canidates MUST live within 90 miles of ANY of the following locations:

Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Should have at least 6+ years experience as a Lead Backup Administrator or Consultant.
- Strong knowledge & hands on experience on EMC Data Domain.
- Strong knowledge & hands on experience on ECS Administration.
- Install, configure, and maintain Cohesity and NetBackup systems to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data across multiple platforms and environments.
- Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively addressing any issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to backup policies, procedures, and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data protection best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backup and recovery operations, escalating as necessary to vendor support.
- Perform regular system upgrades and patches to keep the backup infrastructure up to date and secure.
- Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on backup and recovery processes and tools.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing exercises to validate the effectiveness of backup and recovery procedures.
