As a NOC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing foundational support for monitoring and managing the customer's core, distribution, carrier last mile, and customer premise voice and data services. This position focuses on developing your technical skills and understanding of network operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with routine network surveillance, basic system troubleshooting, and documenting incidents and their resolutions.
- You will work closely with senior engineers to escalate issues beyond your scope, learning to prioritize tasks in a dynamic 24x7 network operations center environment.
- Additionally, you will engage in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of deployed technologies and contribute to maintaining operational documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or Associate's degree in Networking or related field
- Strong understanding of computer networking and routing protocols
- Experience with WAN technologies and Cisco networking equipment
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network security principles
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Windows
- Certifications in Cisco ISE, Cisco ASA, or other relevant networking certifications
