Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management team, responsible for leading and managing change initiatives to ensure that employees adapt to changes quickly and efficiently
- Design and implement change management strategies and plans tailored to identity-related projects.
- Assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and identify potential risks.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews to gather feedback and promote buy-in.
- Develop comprehensive communication plans to inform stakeholders about changes, timelines, and benefits.
- Create engaging materials (presentations, FAQs, newsletters) to effectively convey change messages.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to equip users with the skills needed to adapt to new identity systems and processes.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives through surveys, feedback sessions, and performance metrics.
