Job Description
Primary focus will be replacing hardware devices in the cleanrooms and troubleshooting/resolving issues with application and operating system patching
Requirements
Strong customer service skills.
Experience With Intune Preferred.
Primary duties will include refreshing outdated hardware with new hardware running Windows 10 LTSC.
Vulnerability management including application patching, VLAN configuration and assignment.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and familiarity with Windows Defender.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment (must be willing to wear a "bunny suit").
Open to performing physical tasks such as lifting and computer mounting.
Desktop Support Experience Preferred.
Familiarity with vulnerability management, such as installing/uninstalling applications.
Basic networking knowledge is required; experience with CISCO ISE is preferred but not mandatory.
Defines, designs and implements network communications and solution improvements.
Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
Soft Skills
Strong customer service, patience, and the ability to work with stakeholders with varying priorities.
Must be flexible, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
