Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Vice President at NW Financial Group. The Senior Vice President will be responsible for structuring capital market transactions, leading investment programs, and overseeing debt refinancings. Day-to-day tasks include project finance, regionalizing governmental services, and managing public debt restructuring.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking and/or municipal advisory services
- Experience in structuring capital market transactions and leading investment programs
- Knowledge of project finance and public debt restructuring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skill in Excel, DBC & Powerpoint
- Either Series 7, 50 or 52 FINRA license
