Job Requirements
This is a contract position for a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager, Automation Project in Louisville, KY. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of automation projects, managing the implementation of robotics, AS/RS, picking and software systems. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project timelines are met, and provide technical expertise and support.
Work Experience
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Minimum: 3 years of experience in installation and commissioning of automation projects.
- Experience in industry of (Fixed & Flexible) Automated Material Handling Systems, Warehouse Automation, Supply Chain & Logistics, 3PL – must
- Strong background in Electrical installation and Automation
- Experience in Project Management and Process Automation
- Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a must
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience in the intralogistics or robotics industry is a plus
- Familiar with CAD to read drawings (Eplan, AutoCAD) and understand
- Advanced English verbal, written, and communication skills
