Robinson Oil, better known as “Rotten Robbie”, is a leading chain of gas stations and convenience stores with a strong presence across the Bay Area. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager with strong technical expertise and exceptional communication skills.
As the IT Manager, you’ll lead our IT strategy, ensuring our technology infrastructure supports business growth. Your ability to solve complex technical issues and clearly communicate solutions will be crucial to your success.
IT Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain robust IT systems across all departments.
- Act as the go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement long-term IT strategies.
- Establish and nurture key vendor relationships.
- Implement and enforce strong cybersecurity measures, ensuring PCI compliance.
The Ideal IT Manager:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field and 3+ years of IT management experience.
- Previous convenience/retail IT experience preferred.
- A deep technical background with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system management.
- A strong communicator, able to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Experience leading IT teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
