The Information Security Analyst will work as part of the Information Security team to develop, improve, report and maintain key information security processes, policies and procedures. In coordination with the various technical teams and business teams, this person will play a key role in helping the Firm accomplish its information security objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity plans, strategy, and policies to support and align with the Firm's cybersecurity initiatives and regulatory compliance
- Develop, plan, coordinate, deliver and/or evaluate cybersecurity training courses, methods, and techniques
- Serve as a resource for projects throughout the organization to align business and information security requirements
- Participate in information security incident response and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with internal functions (Compliance, Legal, Technology) to support information collection, analysis, and other cybersecurity activities
- Coordinate and report on Information Security scheduled activities:
o Risk Assessments - Vendors, Internal
o Vendor Due Diligence
o Account, Asset Reviews
o Security Assessments
o Vulnerability Management
o Log Management
o Asset Management
o Patch Management
o Information Security Awareness Program
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional work experience in a similar role is required
Skills & Knowledge
- Information security or technical certifications are desired
- Technical expertise and experience in at least one of the following areas:
o Data / Database Management
o Development or Scripting
o System Administration
o Networking
