Title: Security Architect
Responsibilities
- Remediate critical security gaps and prevent future cyber-attacks by establishing robust security controls
- Guide and support technology teams, serving as a subject matter expert to resolve complex security issues and validate on-site implementations
- Produce and maintain comprehensive security architecture artifacts, document findings, and define best practices
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent security measures across all sites and develop work packages for local testing and global deployment
- Take ownership of security findings and ensure the consistent implementation of security controls and practices throughout the organization

- Leadership: Capable of guiding technology teams and lead remediation efforts
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in various security domains and quickly adapting to new challenges
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaboration: Effective team player who can work with specialized core teams and global teams
- Hands-on experience in remediation efforts rather than a strategist
- Must possess a deep understanding of the importance of executing tasks with intentionality
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate future impacts are critical, the primary focus must be on effective and timely execution
- Domain Expertise - (a) Deep expertise in one of these domains with exposure to the rest, OR (b) a generalist who has worked across all of these domains:
- Active Directory (AD): Deep understanding of both Azure AD and On-premises AD, including service accounts and jump posts
- Network Security: Knowledge of network security principles and tools including Cisco
- Endpoint Security: Familiarity with endpoint security controls and solutions
- Cloud Security: Expertise in cloud security, particularly in Azure environments
- Identity and Access Management (IAM): Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint
- Security Testing and Remediation: Ability to conduct deep dive analysis and remediate findings from security tests
- Security Architecture Artifacts: Proficiency in creating and documenting security architecture artifacts
- Security Controls: Establishing and implementing security controls to prevent cyber-attacks
- Support and Implementation: Assisting in site deployment and supporting security implementation
- Security Tools: Familiarity with various security tools and technologies (e.g., CyberArk)
Preferred Qualification
- Zero Trust and Microsegmentation: Understanding of these advanced security concepts
