We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps & Cloud Enablement Manager who will be responsible for driving the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices and cloud technologies across the organization. This role will oversee the CI/CD processes, automation technologies, virtualization, resiliency strategies, and observability to enhance application performance and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience in managing cloud environments.
We are looking for Engineers who can
- Lead the development and standardization of CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent and reliable software delivery.
- Experience in designing and implementing standardized CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
- Ability to develop and utilize accelerators and enablers to speed up the deployment and integration processes.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation, and the ability to set standards for their use.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM) and their application to improve operational efficiency.
- Expertise in designing and implementing solutions to enhance the resiliency of applications and infrastructure.
- Oversee the implementation of automation technologies and establish standards for their use within applications.
- Manage virtualization technologies and implement accelerators and enablers to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve application resiliency, ensuring systems can withstand and recover from disruptions.
- Enhance observability practices to monitor application performance and integrate FinOps practices for effective application costing and budget management.
- Strong understanding of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) and FinOps practices to manage and optimize application costs.
