Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
Security Clearance Requirements:
This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.
**Updated within the last seven (7) years.
Required Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
Required Experience
- Experience with operating system vulnerability analysis and mitigation.
- Experience with containerization security.
- Experience with computer application security.
- SIEM experience with preference towards Elasticsearch and SPLUNK.
- Experience with Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems implementation, monitoring, and analysis.
- Experience with Cisco Stealthwatch/Advanced Malware Protection/Identity Services Engine preferred.
- Experience working with DoD Risk Management Framework.
