Bensinger Technology is looking for a few great IT Field Technicians. We offer IT and cybersecurity support services to NYC businesses. We provide comprehensive implementation, maintenance, and support services. We are looking for experienced IT FIeld Technicians to join our growing team. The work will be hybrid remote and on-site at to assist with technical needs. We have a passion for great client service, if you do as well, we would love to hear from you.
Preferred experience/skills:
- Previous tech support or help desk roles (min 2-3 years)
- Setup and support for Windows (and some Mac) operating systems clients
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Intune and Azure
- Remote support tools (e.g. LogMeIn, TeamViewer, etc.)
- Network setup and configuration
- Virtual workstations
In additional to technical skills, the following are important traits for success:
- Great client service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and interest to learn new things
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Pay range is $70-95k per year (higher available for exceptional candidates) and will be commensurate with experience. Employer subsidized health care is also available.
