Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our dynamic team at Arc Bridge Research. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of all technology systems, and supporting the technological needs of our employees. Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee and maintain the organization's IT systems, including servers, networks, and hardware.

Security and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data.
- Conduct regular security assessments and address vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular reports on system performance and IT-related projects.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on new technologies and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Experience with security protocols and data protection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
