The Exhibits Specialist will provide support on multiple levels within the Exhibits team such as documenting, planning, sourcing, maintaining, and managing Exhibits projects.
Essential Job Duties
- Assist with executing all Exhibits Support processes including but not limited to:
- Ancillary order placement, documentation, and tracking
- Management order updating
- Creation of management orders with only standards and limited project scope
- Conduct OLP, OE, and spreadsheet audits
- Assist with general Exhibits email inquiries and shared email box management
- Process standard non-graphic accessories orders as needed
- Pull reports as required from sources including but not limited to, Salesforce, OLP, and OE
- Assist with recap of expenses and expense reporting
- Target/Marketing email blasts for standard Exhibits items
- Spreadsheet data organization and show updates
- Salesforce data management and entry
- Assist with capturing meeting notes and providing recaps
- Knowledge and ability to assist Exhibits Coordinators, Administrators, and Solutions Managers when needed, based on schedule and workload
- All other duties as assigned

- 2-4 years of administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines
- Capable of working well as part of a team and independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
