AirPay is looking for an experienced DSO RCM leader to join our fast-growing company. Our team has built the industry-leading insurance verification product, growing 5x last year. We're on pace to grow at this rate in 2024, bringing on more clients - including top 10 DSOs - and expand our capabilities to cover more of the revenue cycle.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Project Management - leading our implementations with medium to large DSOs
- Consultative Sales - making the switch to a software-based verification solution can be challenging for many groups -- providing SOPs and helping them with their new workflow is essential
- Customer Success - meeting regularly with our larger customers to ensure they are having an incredible experience with AirPay
- Product Design - Informing our development as we add more functionality around verification and the remainder of the revenue cycle
Key attributes that we're looking for:
- Clear communication & likeability - this person will be the main AirPay POC for our key customers
- Detail-oriented & impeccable organization - we are lucky to count DSOs with dozens to hundreds of locations as our customers; rollouts are multi-faceted and can be complex
- Deep RCM expertise - this will be our in-house expert for RCM / dental insurance topics
- Hard work! - our success over the past year is directly attributed to how hard our small team hustles
Of course, making the jump from a DSO to a tech company is a big transition. It goes without saying that we'll need someone innovative, forward-thinking, and passionate about our mission to build the 'dream solution for RCM teams'.
Compensation:
$70k – $100k (negotiable)
0.05% – 0.2%
