Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is currently in search of a high-level Senior Director, Security. The preferred candidate should be an exceedingly accomplished leader with an extensive background in law enforcement, or the military. The ideal candidate would hold the title of Chief of Police, Commissioner, or Commander previously or in their current roles. We seek an individual with unwavering integrity and exceptional capacity to see security through a wide lens. Responsible for management of the security and safety program functions for MLH and MLH-owned facilities. Provides oversight responsibility that includes strategic planning and leadership to coordinate or integrate services within Security in order to maximize efficiency and quality. Develops and implements security standards, policies, and practices.
