VP Sales North America for a Cyber Security Company
For a SaaS company developing Cyber Security products
The VP of Sales in North America will play a critical role within a fast-paced, high-growth cybersecurity company focusing on driving revenue in North America.
A motivator who can lead and execute such a vision via hands-on coaching, strategic risk-taking, and clear success metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy in North America
- Oversee and manage high-performing Sales and Sales Operations teams in the region.
- Provide mentorship (training) to Sales team members to ensure they are achieving their full potential
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in an applicable field is required. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of experience as a CRO/ VP of Global Sales in a SaaS software company- a must!
- Experience in sales leadership roles leading global sales teams ( at least 10+)- a must!
- including a history of serving in SVP or C-level executive roles.
- Prior experience in a company developing Cyber Security products is a plus.
